All passengers are required to wear face masks at all times.

All passengers temperatures will be taken prior to boarding the bus for their trip. If a passengers temperature reads above safe on our thermal scanner thermometer they will not be allowed to board for their trip and travel will need to be rescheduled.

Guest and employee safety are of upmost importance.

If you have travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days or are displaying any signs of COVID-19 such as fever or flu like symptoms, please contact our office to reschedule your trip.
For the safety of passengers and employees, we ask all passengers to wear masks over their mouth and nose. This includes during the boarding process and while on board.
If a passenger does not have their own mask, they will be available for purchase from your driver.
If a passenger refuses to wear a mask without a medical document indicating the inability to wear a mask, they will be denied boarding.
Our buses traditionally receive a thorough cleaning each time they return to our shop between routes but we have added a long lasting disinfectant spray to our protocol as well as a new step of fully disinfecting the passenger area at each terminus point with medical grade cleaners.
Hand sanitizer and wipes are available to all passengers who wish to personally ensure their space is sanitized.

Our fleet contains 7 buses ranging in size from 14 to 55 passengers and we have both rugged and hardworking buses or cozy and comfortable buses. We offer a variety of seating, entertainment and capacity levels depending on your use and destination.

We have travelled the highways of BC and beyond, and we’ve traversed the backcountry deactivated logging roads of the Cariboo Chilcotin all with ease, safety, and comfort for our passengers. From tourism exploration, school or organization travel, to wedding and local event shuttle service, we have provided a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience to our passengers.

Our buses to the lower mainland travel southbound from Prince George every Monday and Thursday and northbound Tuesday and Friday's.
They do a complete round trip Prince George to Kamloops every Monday and Thursday.

We stop at most communities along our route, including:
Prince George, Hixon, Quesnel, Kersley, McLeese Lake, Soda Creek, Wildwood, Williams Lake, 150 Mile House, Lac la Hache, 100 Mile House, 70 Mile House, Clinton, Cache Creek, Savona, Kamloops, Hope, Spences Bridge, Lytton, Boston Bar, Yale, Chilliwack, Abbottsford and Surrey.
Our goal going in to Surrey is to connect with as much of the existing public transportation as possible. Stopping at the Surrey Scott Road Sky Train station allows our passengers to get off the bus and hop on to the Sky Train, bus, or cab then filter into which ever direction they need to go.
The communities listed on our scheduled routes are approved by Transport Canada. Many of the other locations people are inquiring about do have a different bus service, see our list of connecting bus services here.

The price of our tickets vary by departure and destination cities, if you are booking through the office or if you are booking online (you get a self-serve discount for booking online!) and when you book a round trip ticket you get a 10% discount. To find pricing please use our booking system and enter your trip information and it will display pricing for your trip, very similar to booking an airplane ticket.
Advance bookings are highly recommended to ensure there is a seat available on the date you wish to travel.

We only stop in smaller communities when a passenger is scheduled to get on or off, but it is possible to walk onto the bus at any of our scheduled stops when a seat is available. These communities are:

Our drivers are unable to process card transactions and can only accept exact change
A full refund will be issued only when a confirmed ticket is cancelled within 48 hours of original booking time, provided it is not also within 24 hours of the scheduled departure of your trip.
All bookings are completely non-refundable and non-exchangeable if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of your scheduled departure time.
All change requests are subject to a $25 fee and seat availability on the requested date.
For all other situations, the value of the unused ticket can be applied, within a one-year period from date of issue of the original ticket(s), to the value of a new ticket, plus applicable taxes and any additional fare difference, subject to availability and a $25 rebooking fee.
Included with each ticket free of charge:
One (1) piece of standard medium sized luggage, or the equivalent, that can not exceed 50 lbs (22.68 kgs)
One (1) small carry on item up to 25 pounds, plus one personal item (purse, handbag, etc)

One (1) additional piece of baggage can be accepted for a charge of $25.00 for adults only.
Oversize luggage is an additional $35 and can not exceed 70lbs

Baggage must not exceed 158 centimeters (62 inches) when adding the total exterior dimensions of the (length + height + width). Any Bags exceeding the 158 cm. (62 inch) limit will be assessed oversized baggage charges of $30 per bag.
  • Carry on bags must fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat.
  • The "no charge" allowance for baggage is restricted to 23 kilograms (50 pounds) per bag. Baggage exceeding fifty (50) pounds per bag will be subject to overweight baggage charges. Baggage over 32 kilograms (70 pounds) per bag will not be accepted.
  • All Baggage fees NOT PAID at the time of booking are collected when boarding

No. Our drivers work from a passenger manifest that will have you listed, and you don’t need to print tickets for our driver to see. We will ask for your name and the confirmation number you received at the time of booking and again in the itinerary email you will receive. This itinerary is just for your information so you have all the pertinent information regarding your trip.
We do not check ID when passengers are loading the bus however we do ask that guests have ID on them in case of emergency.
We reserve the right to check identification at any time.
Any child 2 years of age or older will need to have a ticket for their own seat. Infants up to 23 months old may sit on a parent’s lap without need to purchase a separate ticket.
If you want to guarantee an infant can be in their car seat next to you, you will also need to pay the fare for the seat occupied by the child's car seat. If there is available space at the time of travel we are happy to allow this for no charge.
Storage of a car seat in our luggage area is always no charge.
Small dogs or cats in carriers may be carried onboard for an additional $40 fee. No other animals will be transported. However, a service animal, trained for the purpose of accompanying a disabled person, will be permitted to travel with the disabled person at no additional charge.

We do not.
We launched service with our existing fleet of buses to allow us to start servicing the areas that Greyhound left without transportation options ASAP.
Future units purchased for our Intercity bus service will feature these added upgrades.
