Our Response to COVID-19


**We are easing capacity restrictions on our buses to fall in line with BC's restart plan** 


PHASE 3 COVID Protocols

Guest and employee safety are of upmost importance.

When passengers are of a mixed cohort masks are recommended for passengers, including during the boarding and unloading process.

Drivers will ensure the HVAC is set to use fresh air at the highest settings possible to reduce the amount of recycled air, and filters will be replaced regularly.

If you have travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days or are displaying any signs of COVID-19 such as fever or flu like symptoms, please contact our office to reschedule your trip.

Our buses traditionally receive a thorough cleaning each time they return to our shop between routes but we have added a long lasting disinfectant spray to our protocol as well as a new step of fully disinfecting the passenger area at each terminus point with medical grade cleaners.

If our driver is concerned or a passenger is displaying visible COVID 19 symptoms their temperature may be taken with a thermal scanner. If a passengers temperature reads above safe on our thermal scanner thermometer they will not be allowed to board for their trip and travel will need to be rescheduled.
